ITEM: Original Pre-WWI Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) from GERMAN Kaiserliche Marine SMS WESTFALEN BATTLESHIP. SHIP IN FJORDS, HARDNANGER, NORWAY IN 1912. (The ship was in Hardanger, Norway in July 1912.) See all scans,

Came from a German sailor named M. Kober who was on the crew of the German SMS Westfalen Battleship from about 1911 into World War I. Kober also received wartime written RPPC and Photo Postcards from other German sailors including many from a family member or friend who was on the crew of the SMS Beowulf Coastal Defense Ship in the Baltic Sea during WWI.
