**There is some sort of substance or discoloration on the blade that won't scratch off.

The classic 58mm Swiss Army pocketknife with a design dating back to 1891. Each item has been cleaned, and functions flawlessly. None of the tools are broken. Scissor springs are not broken.  These knives include a toothpick and tweezers. This is a used item and the scales may show signs of cosmetic wear.

Please note: All of my knives are pre-owned and will naturally show signs of age and use. You may notice light scratches on the blades or scales, or small dents and nicks on the handles. Please do not expect them to appear brand new.

In some cases where I have multiple quantities, the photos may serve as a representative example and not the exact knife you will receive.

Each knife is given a brief external cleaning when needed and a touch of oil if the tools feel overly stiff. I don?t dive into frames with toothpicks or polishing agents ? these knives are essentially sold in the condition they were found. I do not disassemble, polish, or restore them, nor do I apply any factory-style refinishing. The blades are not sharpened; given the volume of knives I sell, it would simply be impossible to do so for each one.

What you receive is an honest, unaltered example of a genuine Victorinox (or equivalent) knife, preserved as found.
