waist size is approximately 28" it has an elastic waist band so it may fit a bit larger size

they have a rise (crotch to the waist band of 13") 

from the waist to the bottom hem of the leg cuff it measures approximately 46"

crotch to the bottom of the leg cuff it measures 29"

making these size 28X29 with a llittle extra room in the waist given the elastic waist band.
