LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Tom Auto Parts guarantees all suspension and steering products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed and under normal usage to the original purchaser and for the original vehicle pa rts were installed on.
Damage due to improper installation, lack of lubrication, used for racing or competition, accident damage or abuse are not covered under this warranty. Improper installation or any modifications will void your warranty.
The Warranty expressly excludes any cost of removal or re-installation, domestic and international shipping charges, other duties or fees incurred on international shipments, labor cost, rental vehicle, loss of time or any other incidental or consequential damages.
All warranty claims require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to return. Any items returned without and RMA will be refused. We require images or video of our parts installed on the vehicle to be submitted with the RMA request. You must also provide a dated original invoice of the purchase and detailed information explaining the reason for your warranty claim.
Once RMA is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective product. If replacement part is needed during the process you may purchase it directly from Tom Auto Parts. We will issue a refund after we inspect the returned parts and approve the RMA.
