Installation Guide
- Before Installation: Ensure the vehicle is on a stable and flat surface. Securely lift and support the vehicle using appropriate jack stands.
- Remove the wheels: Carefully loosen the lug nuts and remove the wheels from the front of the vehicle.
- Dismantle the old axle: Disconnect any components obstructing access to the axle. Remove the axle nut and gently disengage the axle shaft from the wheel hub and transmission.
- Install the new axle: Carefully position the new CV axle shaft assembly into the transmission and wheel hub. Ensure splines are aligned correctly before securing.
- Reassemble: Reverse the disassembly process to put back all components, ensuring all nuts and bolts are tightened to the specified torque.
- Final Check: Lower the vehicle and conduct a road test to ensure proper functionality.
