The Rendezous Hotel Richmond, Ind Cocktail Stir Spoon & Bottle Opener by B&B USA.  It measures 1/2" tall by 7 1/8" wide by 1 1/4" thick.  Ask questions before bidding and sold as is.  I will give feedback after I received back from the buyer.  (See Pics)
