All items are sold exactly as pictured and described in each individual eBay listing and accurately reflect their condition at the time of dispatch. We take care to securely package all items prior to shipping.
Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it is no longer within our control. Responsibility for handling and transit rests with the carrier. We are not liable for any damage, including cracks, dents, or other cosmetic damage, that may occur during transit as a result of rough or improper handling.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for damage caused during shipping by Australia Post. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all photos and descriptions prior to purchase, as listings form part of the item description and represent its condition at the time of sale.
All items sold as brand new are supplied in their original, sealed condition as provided by the manufacturer. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is suitable and compatible with their intended door, frame, or application prior to purchase.
We do not accept responsibility if a brand-new item does not fit, align, or suit the buyers door or installation requirements. Incorrect sizing, measurements, compatibility issues, or changes required to the door or frame do not constitute a fault with the item.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted on brand-new items that have been opened or attempted to be fitted due to fitment or compatibility issues.
