This is an antique
James Dixon & Sons black powder flask made of copper and brass. It comes with a leather case, although we're not sure if it's original, it sure looks like it could be. The flask is antique - so, it's in unpolished condition (has great
patina!) with small dings and light scratches. However, there are
no splits, holes, cracks, or major dents. This must be a super rare design as we haven't found another exactly like it. The leather carrying case is old, but still holding together and comes with the flask.

- Design: The flask features an embossed scene of a hunter and his dog. (which we could not find a match to online)
- Functionality: The flask seems to be completely intact with no cracks, splits, holes or major dents - so it should hold powder just fine. The spring mechanism and spout adjustments are working great!
