I don’t see any part numbers, but it closely resembles the Samoa control valve in the pics. I took plenty of photos for you to decide if this is the valve for you. 

It is being sold as is. I was told it works well. I acquired it along with some other contractor tools. The handle squeezes perfectly and it “locks” into place when pumping.
