When you place the preorder statue from us. we will preorder it from studio factory. it's not allow return. So we can't accept cancel order. unless Customer pay some cancel fees. then we will keep the statue. preorder is cheapest way to get statue. it's helpful to save money. when statue release and ready to ship. we will contact with Customer to pay the shipping postage.
