Antique, post US Civil War era late 1860s hardcover book in overall good condition. Exterior is overall clean with rubbing to the outer corner edges of the boards and rubbing and chipping to the lower end of the spine long with chipping and rubbing also to the upper end of the spine. There is a split of about 1 1/8 inch from the upper edge of the hinge down. Interior of the book is overall clean with toning to the pages from age as well as handwritten ink inscription on the front endpaper. Book is complete with all pages present. Binding is somewhat shaken but is overall well intact with all pages present and none detached or missing though with some sections very lightly loosening. Book has no odors.

Book totals 179 pages, measures approximately 7 x 4 7/8 x 3/4 inches and weighs about 3/4 of a pound.
