Stand up frilly collar with tie at front of neck. 

Long sleeves gathered at the cuff with a frill.

Belted waistband with loops & matching belt.

Zip opening in left side seam. Flared skirt. Fully lined.

Floral pattern with stripes of silver lurex thread.

Material: Polyester with metal thread 
Colours: Black, green, pink, purple & white 

Size: States 44 on label. Possibly a UK14
