    How to install Complete Strut

     

    • Step 1 Remove the tire.
    • Step 2 Use a tool to remove the connecting screw between the bottom of the complete strut and the line.
    • Step 3 Use tools to tighten the top rubber screws of the strut to the appropriate torque.
    • Step 4 Install a new shock absorber assembly.

     

     

    When should the shock absorber assembly be replaced?

     

           1.Mileage test: 20,000 km check the shock absorber regularly, 80,000 km suggest replacing the shock absorber, 100,000 km must replace the shock absorber car and release quickly, if the car jumped too much, the shock absorber has been damaged, and should be replaced.

           2.Tire friction: damaged shock absorbers will cause abnormal grooves on the tire surface with uneven wear, then the shock absorbers should be replaced.

          3.Bounce test: Press the car on the front or rear corner and release it immediately. If the car bounces too much, the shock absorber is damaged, then it should be replaced.
