By purchasing or bidding on this item, you are agreeing to and accept the following statements.
1. Seller reserves the right to cancel order or change shipping option if necessary.
2. Buyer may not leave negative feedback on orders canceled, regardless if the seller or buyer initiated the cancellation.
3. Devices may contain anti-tamper seals. If tamper seal is broken, missing, or defaced, up to 50% may be deducted from any refund issued.
4. All items returned in the advertised condition are subject to a 20% or
$10 Restocking Fee, whichever amount is higher.
5. If the item is returned with accidental damage caused by the buyer, up to 50% will be deducted from any refund issued to recover any lost value.
6. Returns must be returned in the original packaging you received the
item in to prevent return shipping damage.
If the item is not returned in the packaging you received the item in,
and the item is received damaged, up to 50% will be deducted from the
refund to recover any lost value.
7. ALL items with a subtotal value above $750 will automatically have Direct Signature Confirmation required upon delivery or pickup.
8. You MUST pay for any items within 4 days of your offer being accepted or winning an auction. If you don't pay within 4 days, your order will be canceled, your account will be blocked from future purchases from my eBay store, and your account will be reported to eBay for violation of eBay's payment policy.
