After sending the request for esim activation, KEEP THE PHONE CONNECTED TO WIFI and you will receive a notification from AT&T to your phone that directs you to install the esim on your phone.
When sending us the request for ESIM Activation, MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR PHONE CONNECTED TO WIFI TO RECEIVE THE ESIM INSTALLATION PROFILE.
You will get a new phone number & we will send you your account pin for access to your account. The Phone number will have the area code that you requested (based on the Zip Code) if available, otherwise the system will select an available area code for your region. Please Note that you will not be able to choose the phone number. To receive the offer that we have here, you must allow us to do the activation for you. Which Phones Work with this service:It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the phone device is non-blacklisted, clean IMEI, unlocked VoLTE 4G, 5G GSM, or VoLTE 4G, 5G AT&T phone. ESIM INSTALLATION
Apple iPhone
If you ordered your eSIM activation QR code card from AT&T, your account is already active.
To download your eSIM:
Turn on your device and connect to Wi-Fi®.
Open the Camera app and scan the QR code.
Tap the Cellular Plan Detected notification when it appears.
Select Continue.
Tap Add Cellular Plan and follow the prompts on your device.
If you purchased an eSIM activation QR code card from somewhere other than AT&T, you’ll need to activate your account after you download your eSIM.
Once you download your eSIM, we'll send you an SMS message. Select the message URL and follow the instructions to activate your account.
Samsung smartphones
If you received an eSIM activation QR code card from AT&T, your account is already active.
To download your eSIM:
Turn on your device and connect to Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings and tap Connections.
Select SIM card manager.
Tap Add mobile plan, then Add using QR code.
Scan the QR code and follow the prompts on your device.
If you purchased an eSIM activation QR code card from somewhere other than AT&T, you’ll need to activate your account after you download your eSIM.
Once you download your eSIM, we'll send you an SMS message. Select the message URL and follow the instructions to activate your account.
Google smartphones
If you received an eSIM activation QR code card from AT&T, your account is already active.
To download your eSIM:
Turn on your device and connect to Wi-Fi.
Open Settings and tap Network & Internet.
Select the plus sign (+) next to SIMs/Mobile network.
Tap Download a SIM instead.
Follow the prompts to scan the QR code on your eSIM activation card from AT&T.
If you purchased an eSIM activation QR code card from somewhere other than AT&T, you’ll need to activate your account after you download your eSIM.
Once you download your eSIM, we'll send you an SMS message. Select the message URL and follow the instructions to activate your account.

If you received an eSIM activation QR code card from AT&T, your account is already active.
To download your eSIM:
Turn on your device and connect to Wi-Fi.
Open Settings and look for Network, Connections, Mobile, or similar.
Find the option to download a SIM or eSIM.
Follow the prompts to scan the QR code on your eSIM activation card from AT&T.
