Save on shipping when you win more than one item! I am always happy to combine shipping costs from multiple auctions, however all items must be paid at the same time to receive shipping discounts. Most shipping is done Mon & Fri as these are my days off. Exceptions made if possible. If shipping seems high to you please consider the fact that the post office now charges according to package size, weight, and the distance the item is traveling (I am in Florida-- if you are on the west coast shipping does cost a bit more & take a bit longer).

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Shipping charges may seem high but this is because insurance is included so that you will definitely receive your item. If lost in transit 100% of your purchase price will be refunded. I will not consider shipping without insurance. I cannot ship internationally at any lower cost at this time.

Please note: All colors are described to the best of my ability; different people see color in different ways & this is by no means an attempt on my part to deceive anyone-- therefore, nuances that can be seen in photos or that are described are not a reason for a return on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return (buyer pays return shipping, original shipping is not refunded). I am always willing to refund but can only refund cost of item, not shipping. On this particular item, it is newly made so for that reason, no returns will be made on a "not as described" claim, although I will take a return as long as the item is unused by you, item must be returned within 30 days--see return info for details.

When giving sellers 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Times may seem like "Quickly"; but however with ebay, they consider this as a sub-par mark. Keep that in mind when leaving feedback.

I strive for 5-star service by stating upfront my policies, my shipping rate and my shipping frequency and speed. I am an honest dealer and always have been, I list everything I find that may possibly be wrong with the item, if there is anything. I want you to be happy and I want your return business.
