This remote adapter plugs into the back of the Studer A67 or Revox B67 where it says "REMOTE CONTROL" and allows it to be controlled from any universal remote programmed for Sony VCR (Beta, VHS or 8mm). Can be used with your favorite smart remote like Logitech Harmony, Philips Pronto, etc. Just set it for any of the Sony VCR model numbers. With this wireless adapter you can control the A67/B67 using any universal remote that can control a Sony VCR which is nearly all of them out there.

This unit plugs into the 50-pin D-Sub connector on the back of the deck labeled "REMOTE CONTROL" Comes with a high quality universal remote. Only the following functions are remote controllable: Play, Stop, Fast Forward, Rewind and Record.

Includes a universal remote, batteries and is preprogrammed to work with the remote receiver. A pair of jumpers inside the remote adapter allows you to select between four different remote codes in case you have a conflict with an existing DVD player or if you want to have up to 4 remote adapters in the same room.

Frequently asked questions
Can I control more than one deck? Yes, there is a jumper inside for selecting Sony DVD player. Up to four units can be located in the same area and controlled independently.

Can I use my own remote? Yes, the wireless adapter responds to Sony VCR codes that are available on every universal remote I have ever used. It is probably the most common device supported.
