Typical symptoms of a failing heater blower switch:

  • Blower fan only works on one speed or only on the highest setting
  • Fan works intermittently when you wiggle or hold the switch
  • No fan operation at all even though the fuse and blower motor are OK
  • Burnt, melted or loose feeling switch, stiff or rough rotation
  • Heater control illumination but no response from the fan when switch is turned

Replacing a worn switch with a quality OEM-equivalent febi unit restores reliable operation of your heater / demister – important for comfort and MOT-legal visibility in cold or wet weather.
