Overall great, clean condition!  Hair is a little drier and puffier than when it was new- you can see that in the pics of her ponytail . Her pin curls in place. Legs are slightly loose. Her eyelashes appear to be brown. She has one very small mark on her arm, it's hard to see on the pics. May have some minor mark on her legs. Comes in her rose garden meet dress (pleasant company 1993 tag), shift (American girl tag) and bonnet. She does not have shoes or socks.  Based on her neck stamp I believe she's from mid to later 90s.

Felicity Merriman doll was released in Fall 1991 and revamped in 2005. Felicity was officially archived on March 28, 2011, and rereleased in 2017 for the BeForever collection. She was archived again in December 2019. A Special Edition version was released for the 35th anniversary in 2021.
