• Returns are accepted provided they are not damaged in any way and all of the original packaging & accessories are included. (Shipping costs cannot be refunded for non faulty goods).
• Any items incorrectly described or damaged in transit must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.
• Any items supplied with a 'Return to Base' (RTB) warranty will be covered for faults for the stated period only (warranty starts from date of delivery).
• Note for potential buyers in the EU and Northern Ireland: Regrettably, due to the 2024 changes to the "General Product Safety Regulation" (GPSR), and the requirements to comply with it, it is not feasible for us, as a very small business, to ship our products to these areas after 13th December 2024.
