This is a really neat action figure, made by Hasbro (in partnership with Takara Tomy) for the now long-running Studio Series line. This is a figure of Bumblebee, the "Gamer Edition" based on the look from Transformers: War for Cybertron. It comes in at about 5.5 inches tall and can transform in 21 steps. 

This one is sealed and ready to ship. There's some light wear to the edges and corners along with a little scuffing. The top left corner of the box is a little dented and crease (picture #3). The pictures should give you a good idea of the condition.
