We ship every day at 4.00pm via The Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Parcels) deliveries are fully tracked and The Royal Mail 1st class post (Large Letters) deliveries are not tracked but include barcoded proof of delivery. Returns accepted within 30 days.
In all cases where a product is returned, it is at the buyer's cost to do so unless previously agreed with BNC Autoparts. Return postage costs will only be reimbursed if the return is the result of an error by BNC Autoparts. It is the buyers responsibility to determine whether a part is correct for their vehicle. We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to purchase error.
If an item is incorrectly ordered or no longer needed, the item can be returned for a refund, however please note that we will refund you for the item minus our postage cost (which may not have been included in the price).
In all cases, refunds can only be issued once we receive the unwanted or faulty goods back.
