Engineered as a 100% drop-in upgrade for L99–03 trucks, this turbo features a redesigned 4-inch ported compressor housing, anti-surge technology, and modern-flow turbine geometry that delivers faster spool, stronger top-end power, and improved throttle response. The updated 0.70 A/R compressor cover and high-flow 0.91 A/R turbine housing are inspired by next-generation turbocharger designs for superior efficiency and airflow.

KC Turbo enhanced every aspect of the Gen 3 platform, including a new 7x7 SXE-style billet compressor wheel, thick-shaft SXE turbine wheel, and a redesigned bearing housing with 200% larger thrust and journal bearings. The integrated cast backing plate eliminates deflection under high boost, while the steel thrust insert ensures long-term durability. This turbo is built for aggressive setups and drivers who want the strongest drop-in performance available for the 7.3L Powerstroke.

ALL programmers bought from Max Flow Motorsports will be sent with signature confirmation and any purchases over $500.00 may also be sent with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) may attempt to deliver the merchandise another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup. 


Max Flow Motorsports is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Max Flow Motorsports will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.


Max Flow Motorsports ships products from multiple warehouses across the country in order to get your products to you the quickest way possible. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that has the product in stock. Please note that your order may come in multiple shipments/packages and your shipments/packages may arrive at different times.

Returns

All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. The item MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Max Flow Motorsports does NOT cover return shipping and you must contact us for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to sending an item back to us.
