I am not a seamstress or tailor, please see pictures for photos of size measurements to ensure a proper fit, and for any flaws (discoloration spot on sleeve as shown in pictures). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a proper fit. Could use a light cleaning. Postage rates for the usps, ups, and FedEx have all risen dramatically and last year. Unfortunately, I can do nothing about shipping prices, they are non negotiable.
