Installation Guide
- Ensure Vehicle Safety: Park the vehicle on a flat surface and engage the parking brake. Support the vehicle securely using jack stands before starting the installation.
- Remove Old Unit: Loosen the lug nuts on the front right wheel. Remove the wheel and support the brake caliper to avoid strain on the brake line. Detach the worn CV axle shaft by disconnecting necessary components.
- Prepare New Axle: Carefully remove the new CV axle from packaging, taking care not to damage any components. Verify that all associated parts, including the axle nut and ABS ring, are present.
- Install New Axle: Insert the new CV axle into the transaxle, ensuring a snug fit. Reattach any components that were removed, securing them to recommended torque specifications.
- Reassemble Wheel: Place the wheel back onto the vehicle, tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern, and lower the vehicle safely to the ground. Check all connections for proper fit.
