Installation Guide
- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the handbrake is engaged. Use wheel chocks for additional safety.
- Safely elevate the vehicle using a jack and support it with jack stands, following the vehicle manufacturer's guidance.
- Remove the front wheel corresponding to the placement of the new CV axle.
- Detach the existing front cv axle shaft by loosening the axle nut and other connected components as necessary.
- Install the new CV axle shaft, ensuring the spline perfectly aligns and slots into the differential and hub.
- Reattach all components, torque the axle nut to vehicle specifications, and replace the wheel.
- Carefully lower the vehicle back to the ground after confirming that all parts are secure.
Important Notes
- Confirm that the supplied part numbers match your vehicle's requirements: 662103, 5L1Z3B436AA, 2L1Z3B436BB.
- Installation should only be performed by a professional mechanic if you are not fully confident in executing the task yourself.
