This is an Open Box/Store Returned Liquidation item. Condition is New and Unused. Opened to verify contents and take photos.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ITEM WAS SEALED IN MANUFACTURE PACKING BEFORE WE OPENED TO TEST. WE OPENED TO TEST THE UNIT BECAUSE WE HAD A RETURN OF ONE OF THESE UNITS THAT WAS ALSO BRAND NEW WITH THE BUYER STATING THAT THE AMP DID NOT PRODUCE ANY SOUND. WE FOUND THIS STRANGE CONSIDERING IT WAS BRAND NEW AND ASSUMED THE BUYER HAD DAMAGED THE UNIT.

SO WE OPENED AND TESTED THIS AMP AND IT HAS THE SAME ISSUE. WE CAN CONNECT TO THE DEVICE USING THE OSD CONTROL AMP AND EVEN CONTROL IT, HOWEVER WE CANNOT GET THE UNIT TO PRODUCE SOUND. AS A RESULT AE ARE SELLING IT FOR PARTS/REPAIR. IT COULD BE SOMETHING SIMPLE BUT GIVEN THAT THIS IS THE SECOND BRAND NEW OSD UNIT WITH THIS ISSUE IM ASSUMING IT IS SOME SORT OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ITEMS SOLD FOR PARTS/REPAIR.
