The balance wheel moves, but the anchor wheel doesn't move. The balance axle looks intact. 

This vintage watch movement is not running and is being sold as-is for repair or parts. 

The functionality and service history are unknown. 

We do not service, clean, or repair vintage watch movements. 

All my items require servicing by a watchmaker.
