Shipping Policy

• Handling Time: Orders are shipped same day or within 2 business day after payment.
• Packaging: All items are carefully packed for safe delivery.
• Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
• Signature Requirement: High-value orders may require an adult signature.
• Shipping Address: The shipping address must be confirmed in your eBay account. Address changes through messages are not accepted. If the address is incorrect or not updated, the transaction may be canceled to prevent misdelivery.
• International Buyers: Shipped through the eBay International Shipping Program. All customs fees and import charges are handled by eBay. The seller is not responsible for customs fees or delays.

Return Policy

• Return Period: Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused (light testing acceptable), with no damage.
• Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or not as described.
• International Buyers: Returns for international orders are handled through eBay’s international program. Direct international returns to the seller are not accepted.
• Verification: Serial numbers and internal markings are recorded for fraud prevention. Refund is issued after inspection and verification.
