  • RETURN/UNDELIVER POLICY:


    • All refunds are buyer responsibility. Please note return charges and customs charges by Indian Customs on undelivered or returned goods will be paid by the buyer. Indian custom charges customs on all return or undelivered goods. You will be paid refund after deducting these charges.
    • Brazil, and Morocco shipping is entirely on customer responsibility for clearing local customs. From both these countries we do NOT accept returns and deduct both ways shipping charges plus Indian custom return charges before processing refund. 

  • Faults which are not mentioned in the description should be reported to us within 7 days upon receiving the item. Upon investigating with the shipping company a refund will be offered.

  • If item received is not what you see in the listing, we will ship the correct item with free shipping within 24 hrs. of RETURN
  • If the item is unclaimed and returned to us; a new shipping charge will be implemented. shipping cost both ways and return custom duty in India, will be deducted from the buyers cost.
  • please do NOT change parts, components, material, or tempered the goods in case of return. we photograph/video graph the items, and mark them before sending these to you and keep record to prevent fraud. Any alteration or removal or tempering etc. will void the return privilege, as your return will be verified from our records.
