item has been inspected after opening and all components are in place and working. item was reset to factory settings with chrome installed. the battery holds a good charge. the plamrest, touch pad and speakers all work as intended. there are little to no marks and or scratches on upper and lower cases. there is 1 small dimple on the lower right corner from the previous owner using the too long of a screw. manuals and charger are missing. will ship in the original box. build date 04/2021
