Vtg Libbey Crystal Rose Bouquet Pattern 4" Glass.

I am not sure if this should have had a gold or silver Rim on it. Doesn't appear to have had it but other listings I seen the glasses had it. These are in great condition.  No chips or issues with the Etched Pattern.
