MOLYKOTE® EM-50L High Performance Grease (60g)

MOLYKOTE® EM-30L is a high-performance synthetic grease made in Japan which is designed for plastic and metal components in electric and precision equipment. It offers excellent low-temperature performance, low oil separation, and outstanding compatibility with most plastics and elastomers which makes it ideal for gears, bearings, and sliding parts in automotive and electronic applications. We have repackaged this Molykote EM-50L into 60g containers under sterile conditions.

How it compares to the Molykote EM-30L:

MOLYKOTE EM‑50L: Higher viscosity (~1,050 cSt @ 40 °C), designed for noise-reduction in plastic & metal gear applications, temperature range roughly: 40 °C to +150 °C.
MOLYKOTE EM‑30L: Much lower base oil viscosity (~90 cSt @ 40 °C), formulated for moderate to heavy loads in plastic/plastic and plastic/metal combinations, temperature range: 45 °C to +150 °C.

EM-50L is thicker and tuned for quiet, clean plastic/gear applications whilst the EM-30L is thinner and better for load/gear contact in mixed plastic/metal systems.

HOW TO USE

Clean the points of application. As is typical with lubricating greases, apply using a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication device.

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS

This product may cause irritation to the skin or eyes. Wear appropriate protective equipment when handling. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if required. Wash hands well after use. At temperatures exceeding 250°C, decomposition of fluorinated polymers may release small amounts of toxic gas. Ensure adequate ventilation is provided. This product has an expiry date of several years.

Handling Time:

Delayed Deliveries:

Faulty Items:

Every item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality control standards prior to dispatch. Despite our rigorous processes, rare manufacturing defects may occur. Should a product be found defective or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once the item is returned and the fault is confirmed by our team, the following options are available to the buyer:

A full refund of the purchase price including return shipping costs
A replacement product subject to current stock availability

If an item is returned and deemed not faulty following our assessment, the buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. A 20 percent restocking fee will also apply if the buyer chooses not to keep the item.

Non Faulty Items:

We provide refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided the item remains in the following condition:

The product is in brand new condition
The packaging is unopened and original
The item is the exact product sold in the original eBay transaction

Change of mind returns, incorrect purchases, or product exchanges will incur a 20 % restocking fee based on the item value. In these instances, buyers are required to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
