  • We offer an exchange for a faulty/damaged item when you contact us within 14 days from the received date. We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item to determine a technician the fault of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost after two weeks.
  • If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if item is found detective/faulty, damaged or for any reason decided by yourself. For return due to changing of your mind, 20% of the restocking fee and the round shipping fee are on the your side.
  • Returning items for a refund must be in new condition by being unopend and in their original boxes including all components and the packing material.
  • If you refuse to receive the parcel due to import tax, the round shipping cost will be charged on your side. Same rules will be applied for unclamed returned items.
