BSA 17" balloons available in a 20 ct pack. These are the long neck cousin of Qualatex balloons. These were made by the same company and are made of a different type of latex that is very stretchy. 

Mixes will include a blend of standard, crystal, and tropical colors.

Qualatex and BSA balloon manufacturing has ended, and both brands are now discontinued.  

These balloons are brand new and unused. Due to the nature of balloons, quality cannot be guaranteed. Many balloons from similar packs or batches have been tested and were good quality.
