Case has light wear from shelving but NO holes or cuts in the UPC code.  Playing side of disc is very nice with just a few faint little marks.  Although this is coded Region 0 (worldwide playable) it is PAL format and still won't play on normal U.S. players and TVs which are NTSC.  If you buy this to watch in the U.S. or Canada, make sure you have the right gear.  If so, this will ship in a cardboard BOX mailer for safe travels to you!
