Liftmaster Fire Release Device. Was Rebranded To Wayne Dalton "WayneGuard". The unit was mounted in the wrong location and partially installed before catching the mistake. I powered the unit up and added resistors and a jumper to test operation and will leave them in. It's missing the slide release sheet metal plate but is easily replaced or duplicated and does not include the 12V backup battery. Will gladly answer any questions and provide additional pictures.
