This mid 1800s antique Norwegian bent wood pantry box is fabulous! It features beautiful chip carved and painted decoration on the sides and the lid. These have gotten so hard to find, and this one is a beauty! The box came from a farm estate sale in eastern North Dakota. It measures 13" wide and is 3 3/4" high. It has wonderful old chip carved detailing on the lid, with wooden peg and woven seam construction. The box is in good condition with age appropriate wear and is all original. Enjoy!
