We strive to pack and ship all items carefully, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit. Please read the following return and damage policy carefully:
📦 Lost Items
・In case your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.
・If documentation from the sender is required, we will assist by providing necessary proof of shipment or related documents.
・Signature confirmation is recommended for high-value items. Please choose this option if available in your region.
📉 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged and you suspect the item inside may be broken:
・ Do not open the box.
・Take clear photos of the outer packaging from multiple angles.
・Contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a damage claim.
・If the carrier denies the claim, we will accept the return, but:
・Please do not open the box to prevent part-swapping or further damage.
・Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
・Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund within 3 business days if the condition is verified.
💡 Product Defects
All items are tested and inspected prior to shipping. However, if the item is defective upon arrival:
・Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation.
・We will accept a return. After confirming the return and inspecting all items and accessories, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.
・ If any parts or accessories are missing or damaged, only a partial refund will be issued.
🔄 Buyer’s Responsibility
・We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, or any issue caused by the buyer.
・The only exception is if the item is unopened and returned in the same condition it was received. In that case, after return inspection, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
・Any return request due to user error or unauthorized tampering will not be accepted.
🔒 Security Measures
・We record serial numbers, weight, internal components, and photograph each item before shipping.
・Any attempt at fraud, tampering, or part-swapping will be reported to eBay, and the return/refund will be denied.
