Glenn Appleman Humperbump Police Car Signed Bottom with Paperwork

There is tape covering part of the bottom. I believe that was placed there as a form of protection. There are two small glazing imperfections tip a on the back above the trunk handle. Please see the photo for details.

May be polished and cleaned to the new owners liking when received.
