Shipping:

l We offer shipping discount. If you buy items from different listings, send us a request to combine shipping (from the browser, the ebay app does not support this function). We will send you invoice with shipping discount.

l If you cannot request shipping discount from the ebay app, we will refund you when we ship your items.

l Most item in our store are shipped within the same day or next day.

l We ship from China and It usually takes 7 working days to arrive in West coast in US and 10-12 working days in East coast in US.

 

Return/Refund:

l We generally don't accept return due to the nature of blindbox. But if the box is damaged during transit, contact us and we will initiate a return at our cost and refund you fully.

l If by any chance the package cannot be delivered, we will also refund fully.

 

Packing Service:

l We will pack every item with bubble wrap & extra hard cardboard box (neutral), as safe as possible.
