Every gift hamper is hand designed and handmade by me in the United Kingdom with brand new, genuine products in their original packaging. As such, these are not factory finished and may show some blemishes / creases which add to the authentic uniqueness of this hand finished product. Each gift basket is made to order and takes up to 24 hours to dispatch. Therefore, every gift box is completely unique, comes carefully packaged, and is sent with Free Shipping via 48 hour courier with tracking included. Upgrade to faster shipping is available.

IS THIS PURCHASE A GIFT?

We are more than happy to send the gift directly to the recipient. If you do require this service, please change the delivery address details at checkout. Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, as each item is handmade to your exact specifications, we are unable to provide a refund or facilitate returns. Please contact me before placing your order if you have any questions about the design or finish.

Replacements

Replacements can be provided, at no additional cost to you, in the unfortunate event that your gift hamper is damaged during transit. Replacements will only be provided once we receive your photographs of the damage and we have filed a case with the courier and they have investigated the delivery process. Please bear with us during this process.
