Payment

When you have won the auction, please complete the eBay checkout to ensure that your item is dispatched as quickly as possible. I would appreciate payment within 3 days.

If you want to collect the item then PLEASE contact me before bidding.

If you experience any problems with payment, please contact me asap to discuss. I am happy to help, however if I receive no contact within 4 days, eBay will open an unpaid item case.

Postage

I post by Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed For only, due to a high volume of mail going missing or being received damaged. I only use Royal Mail as other services are not convenient, therefore please do not ask me to use a different delivery service. I will combine postage if at all possible and will refund any overpayment. I always obtain a proof of postage for each parcel where ever it is going!

Feedback

On receipt of your item, please leave feedback for me. This shows that you have received your item alright. I will then leave you feedback in return. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please email me to discuss, rather than just leaving negative feedback. I am happy to try and sort things out.

Returns and Refunds

Please note that I do not accept returns.

 I do NOT give refunds unless the item is significantly different to that described. I try to be as honest and accurate as possible but I am only human! I only sell items in good condition that I would be happy to receive myself but if an item is listed as used, please do not expect it to look as if it has just been brought from a shop. I do check my items before selling and will wash them before listing them.

All of my items come from a smoke free home.
