We sell only authentic, original and conflict-free diamonds and jewelry that have never been worn before. All of our products are shipped from our factory in New York City after being tested and checked to a very high standard by a professional team that is responsible for quality control.

Therefore, it is very unlikely that your purchase will arrive incomplete. Also, every piece of jewelry and diamonds are being graded by GIA graduate gemologists and come with its original appraisal and an authentication certificate.

• 30 days return policy. Money-back guarantee.
• Item must be returned with the original box, certificates, and papers.
• Item must be in the same condition as it was received.
• Customs taxes duties are non refundable.
• Buyer must contact us before shipping back in order to receive Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• We will not refund over $20 on return shipping label without RA Number.
• Buyer must use a brand new shipping package when shipping to us.

Shipping

• We require 2 business days for handling. If ring resizing is needed, 2-3 days will be added to the handling time.
• PayPal payments will only be shipped to PayPal confirmed address.
• We DO NOT Ship to PO Box.
• All shipments are insured and require an adult signature.
• International Customers need to pay their Taxes, VAT, and Duties.
• International Customers must provide a telephone number so customs can contact them when the package arrived.
