Postage Policy

  • International orders are usually dispatched same day, though some queries or confirmations may cause slight delays.
  • We offer DHL Express worldwide shipping to deliver parts as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day return policy. For any issue or incorrect part received, message us and we’ll resolve it quickly.
  • Returns due to “change of mind” or “ordered by mistake” incur a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.
  • All returned items are inspected. If damaged or used, a partial deduction may apply.
  • All returned parts must be in their original shape. Any opened box or used parts may not be eligible for the return, or further deduction may be applicable.
  • Before opening a return request on eBay, message us with the photos and brief detail of the encountered issue.
