How to use:

  1. Roll out your dough or pasta.
  2. Open the Dumpling Maker / Empanada Press and lay a sheet of dough or pasta under it.
  3. Press the Dumpling Maker and rotate it clockwise and counterclockwise until a perfectly sized round piece of dough is cut.
  4. Pick that cut round piece of dough up and place it on top of the Dumpling Maker / Empanada Press.
  5. For safe closing, add the right amount of your favorite filling according to the size of your Dumpling Maker.
  6. Moisten the edge of the dough with egg yolk or water before closing it.
  7. Flip up one side of theDumpling Maker to seal and crimp the edges, creating a perfect homemade ravioli/ pierogi/ dumpling.
  8. Remove it from the Dumpling Maker and boil, bake or fry according to your recipe.
