For Whole Bag (5 lbs): Mix with 2 gallons + 1 quart cool water.
For Partial Bag (1 lb): Mix with 7 1/4 cups cool water.
Add water first, then slowly whisk in dry mix until lump-free.
Dip foods in pre-dip batter, drain, then immediately coat with Pioneer All Purpose Batter and Breading Mix before frying.
