Return Policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. If the return is not due to our fault, we will refund the item price minus any customs duties
   and round-trip shipping costs.
3. The item must be unopened and in the same condition as it was received.
4. Opened or altered products cannot be returned or refunded.
5. If there is a defect in the product, please provide a description and photo of the issue.
   After verification, we will provide compensation if a defect is confirmed.

1. For items shipped to the United States, our prices include general customs duties and any additional tariffs.
   As a rule, we ship under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement, and we pay the duties.
