PRESALE NOTICE - STATEWIDE KNIFE SALE EXCLUSIONS

To ensure compliance with all state and local laws, sales are restricted as follows:

Excluded States (due to prohibitions):

California: Blades over 2.5" banned (Penal Code 626.10).

New York: Gravity/switch/pilum ballistic knives banned (Penal Law 265.01).

New Jersey: Switch, gravity, dirks, daggers, blades over 3" prohibited (NJSA 2C39-3).

Massachusetts: Locking blades over 1.5" banned on person or in vehicle (Ch.269 §10).

Illinois: Ballistic knives & throwing stars banned (720 ILCS 524-1).

Hawaii: Butterfly, switch, gravity knives banned (HRS 134/51).

No knife sales to: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Michigan, Texas (require ID verification upon delivery).
