This dress was one of the favoured among the street style set and was photoed endlessly it seemed for various editorials. 
It sold out world wide and was wait listed. 
Girls often cut the longer hanging bits that trailed behind the dress but this one is still entirely original. 
It feels as fresh and avant-garde as it did then and will absolutely be a future collectible. 
The colour is a deep blue base. floral print over. deconstructed, twisted ruffles. ruffle highlights the collar, the waist and the hem. 
Raw edge at back of hem. 
It is remarkable and a true piece of fashion history.
